Jason Laros, CEM
Jason has 25 years of experience with sustainability projects for customers ranging from individual home owners, businesses, communities, universities, utility companies, city, state, tribal and federal organizations. With a heavy focus in upgrading existing buildings for energy and water efficiency, Jason has also spent a lot of time swinging a hammer either as part of a remodeling crew or managing his own income property maintenance business. His global concern for the environment and sustainability is balanced by understanding that solutions must work for the individual and organization to help achieve their goals, or they won't ultimately be successful investments.

"My current role or profession is a handyman. My ultimate goal is to have certs for everything that is needed to be a master handyman. My biggest achievements are my G.E.D. and my kids. What do I do and what am I good at? I’m really good at talking, helping and teaching others. I can weld, prep houses for paint inside and out, change lights, fans, sinks and do baseboard, hang doors, garbage disposal, toilets and a lot more.
Who am I outside of work? I’m a father of six – two girls and four boys with a wife. I love to do stuff with all of them from playing video games or watching movies or going to the park. I work on my cars and help others with whatever they need."
From the team: "Tommy is a driving force for positivity and honesty on our team. He keeps us laughing and on our toes. He works to protect his team and is a natural leader and teacher. He readily shares what he knows with us, which is much more than he gives himself credit for, and brings his A-game every day. We're so grateful to have him as one of the Resilience Developers!"
From the team: "Angel is the calm in the storm. He is a patient teacher, thoughtful and kind, and still knows how to push projects through to completion with high quality. "
