Morgen Hartford is a sustainability and organizational professional who blends hands-on building work with energy and resilience planning. As a Specialist and part of the Resilience Developers Handyfolk Team, Morgen works in the field while also conducting residential & commercial Action Audits and reporting. His expertise includes energy benchmarking, ESG and impact reporting, and sustainability strategy, as well as solar photovoltaic and battery storage design to improve reliability and reduce operating costs. Morgen holds a Master of Sustainability Leadership, is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, a LEED Green Associate, and has completed coursework in Building Energy Management. He is passionate about right-sized solutions that strengthen communities by making buildings safer, more efficient, and easier to care for.
